Outreach

Besides my research acitvities, it is also a matter of concern to me to make my field of expertise understandable and comprehensible to the general public and to arouse their interest.

Activities

• In 2024, my Group was invited by INTEL to organize a STEM station for the "GirlsDay Auftaktveranstaltung 2024 im Bundeskanzleramt". Special thanks to Martha and Matthias.

• In 2023, I organized an AI Festival, together with Matthias Busch and Isabel Tönniges. More information regarding Felicia can be found at: https://www.felicia-festival.ai/

• "Lange Nacht der Wissenschaft (Long Night of Science)"
  In 2022 and 2023, I participated in the Science Slam organized during the Long Night of Science and I have always participated with demonstrations and short presentations of current research results

• "Road Show Uni Magdeburg"
  As part of the Road Show of the University of Magdeburg 2018, I introduced the the study course information technology to students through hands-on workshops.

• "Campus-Date"
  I regularly represented the different study courses regarding Information Technology and Electrical Engineering with trial lectures, posters and demonstrations.

Scientific Advisor

Furthermore, I had the wonderfull opportunity to serve as scientific advisor for the Radio play "Siren_web_client.exe". The radio play was awarded as the "Hörspiel des Monats März 2021" by the "Deutsche Akademie der Darstellenden Künste". Furthermore, this radio play achieved the 3rd place at the international radio drama festival (GRAND PRIX NOVA 2021)
